Forum and Event suggestion

i suggest on forum more RULES and put a xat(chatbox) (link of xat xat.com) in the forum also a portal put the chatbox on the home and the portal

and for the event wat is event event on the game? if event game is it a games on the game if it is a game HnS and Question and answer
